I have dealt with Cath and the cake shop over many years and I would like to recommend them to all, I have always rung and organised a time to sit down and discuss my options with Cath personally and to customise according to the function whether it was my wedding or just birthdays and the finished result always speaks for itself, there is never any left overs and plenty of enquiries as to where I got it, keep up the good work Cath ;-)

Such a shame one of their workers were really arrogant and very unwilling to help.. That certain staff should be reminded of what the job entails and what good customer service is about!! Excitedly, I drove more than 30 mins to order my baby shower cake as recommended by friends and encouraging reviews left by customers on this site. That staff who "assisted" me was rude to answer questions and pricing quotes; questions expected if their prospective customer is to pay for their tiny cakes that cost more than $240+. Especially if they don't have a website or any pricing brochures to look at yourself!! I was so irritated by the arrogance and sour face that I stormed out with my toddler and 8 month baby bump and spent my $240+ on a beautiful cake made by great people! I'm sure their cakes taste great, but I am NOT willing to spend my money or time on discouraging customer service!!

Great service. Delicious homemade cakes at reasonable prices. I buy all my birthday cakes there.
