Absolutely ridiculous. I have never written negative reviews in my life i just can't believe this salon get away with what they do.



I had my eyebrows "threaded" and it was horrible. They claimed to have "over 20 years experience". Not true. They plucked most of my eyebrows and threaded once or twice during the process. My eyebrows looked disgusting, unprofessional, unkept and just plain ridiculous. Why on earth would i pay them $30 to pluck my eyebrows and pretend they are "threading". Disaster. Waited 20 minutes to go in even though i had an appointment. Will never ever go back. I now have regrowth almost immediately and my eyebrows are completely mismatched. Thanks catwalk!

Colour awful, style worse, service dreadful. Used to be a good salon, all their good staff seem to have left. Not going back.

I have always gone to see Kim to get my eyebrows shaped by her for 4 years now and I always feel great when I walk out. She takes her time doing them and makes sure they are perfect even if she is running behind time.

Disaster of a haircut at this salon. Hairdressing staff began cutting fringe before asking what I wanted and made it too short and blunt. Looks ridiculous, unprofessional service. Would not recommend.

I would have to say that I was extremely disappointed with Catwalk. I walked into the shop and asked how much it would cost for a cut and wash. I was told $55. I then said "how much for cut, wash and blow dry" and was told $75. I then asked "how much with a full colour" and was told $95.
