I took my car to them after being back ended, as they are an RACV repair centre. My car had had a cut & polish only a fortnight prior to the accident and was looking very nice & shiny. Upon picking up the car I noticed the paintwork looked splotchy. However, I thought it may have still been a little wet from having just been washed. When it still looked this way later in the day, I called them & explained that there seemed to be a problem with the paintwork & that it had not looked like this when I dropped it in. The response I got was "Are you serious?" When I answered that yes I was serious, I was spoken to very rudely, as if I had no idea what I was talking about & was told that they had just washed the car with their regular soap & water. When I insisted they agreed to have a look the following day.
