Caulfield South Florist

Do not use this florist if you want your flowers to be delivered! I live in the UK but have relatives and friends in Melbourne. I used Caulfield South Florist's website to send a bouquet of flowers to an ill friend. I paid $60 and expected the flowers to be delivered as requested. The flowers were never delivered. After having phone calls asking about the flowers completely ignored by them, one of my relatives visited the florist to find out why. They first tried to claim that the flowers had been left on the doorstep as no-one was in. This was a complete lie as someone was in all day. They then claimed that because the flowers were ordered from the uk, we should have paid more! What nonsense. The flowers were ordered and paid for online and delivered from Melbourne to Melbourne! My relative was then told to get a bunch of flowers delivered they would have to pay another $20.
