Caves Hair Haven

Looking for a new hairdresser in the area, I rang Caves Hair Haven on Wednesday morning to ask if there were any appointments for the rest of the week. I got a rude laugh and a snort - as if to tell me I'm a complete idiot for asking. Needless to say I didn't ask for an appointment for the following week. If you are that rude on the phone why would I trust you with something as important as my hair. I don't think you would have the ability to listen to what I want - it would all be about you! I went to Blondies at Swansea instead and got great service, great colour, and a great cut - with a smile!
