Formerly known as Corporate Benefits the company changed its name to CB Financial in 2004 following a significant change of ownership and introduction of a broader business initiative.
Influencing this change has been the introduction of SRJ, Chartered Accountants & Business Advisers and Lance Milham as significant shareholders. They join David Gunthorpe, a founder of the company who continues to focus on financial advice and relationship management with core clients and strategic alliances.
