Am giving no stars. Emailed the required signed terms and conditions in the morning, as requested. Was then trying to confirm amount to be paid, was given multiple figures. Phone calls went unanswered. Was SMS'd that she couldn't answer to take payment as she was driving and wanted me to sms her credit card details. Explained that wasn't comfortable doing that over SMS and if she could just call me when she was ready to take payment. Instead, I get an sms at 5pm saying that because they haven't received my terms and conditions and haven't received payment, they are cancelling my booking. Meanwhile, I have spent quite a lot of money on stock that I can no longer use. So first of all, if it was so important to receive the T's and C's, why wait 6 hours to check if you've received them? Second, why not answer your phone but you are able to Sms? Third, if you won't be able to process the payment until later tonight, what difference does it make if they ...read more
CBD kitchen hire welcomes new customers & accommodates their needs to the best of our ability. Our policy is that without signed Terms & Conditions & payment no booking can be confirmed. The Ts & Cs were emailed to you twice, once outside of our usual office hours as we always try to go above & beyond where possible, but alas were not returned.

Not sure what credit card issues you are referring to as we attempted to contact you numerous times to give you the credit card details. Not sure how many people would be comfortable to sms these details to someone they've never dealt with before but having been the victim of credit card fraud previously, we were not comfortable to do that. Again, if the T's & C's were such a vital part of the booking process, then why wasn't I told they were not received until 5pm, despite texting that morning to advise that I had just sent them.
