By far the worst agency to rent through. They never replied to emails, items would take unacceptable amounts of time to get fixed. In the 12 months I rented through them we had at least 3 different property managers, all were extremely rude and are the reason we decided to give notice. No matter how many times I called and asked to speak to a property manager I was always given a new excuse for why they couldn't talk to me. I suggest never renting through this unprofessional establishment.
I've had nothing but a bad experience from CBS property. I should have signed a 6 months lease instead of a one year lease.
Rude staff nor do any of them know what they're doing. I've never been behind in rent before, and I'm constantly told I'm in arrears in rent every week.
Maintenance and repairs haven't been fixed and it's been 3 and half weeks
Unfortunately I have to agree with the Ouichef. I was renting my own home, and had to rent a unit for several years, and during that time the owner decided to change agencies and moved to CBS. Bad move! I would never rent my properties through this mob, nor would I ever rent a property through them again. They basically ignore you, don't respond to correspondence or even pleads. To fix an appliance took 6 weeks. When you ring, no one knows anything. People treating other people like this is not wise and I hope more people speak up about cowboys who are simply doing the wrong thing in the industry and treating people with no respect or regard.

Would you be able provide some more details on your experience? What appliance needed attention? Was it a warranty claim or perhaps insurance? Was the property a new construction?
With maintenance we encourage tenants to provide as much information as possible, this may include photos and a brief description of the issue in writing via email.
