Cell Block Theatre

Attended a wedding here on the weekend. A very unique venue. Had previously been here for an album launch. Nice venue. Only downside is that the bathrooms are a bit of a walk from the 'cell block'

IGN Australia hosted an event at the Cell Block Theatre and what a great place to have an event!

This used to be the Old Darlinghurst Gaol. The walls are made of sandstone and I believe they are almost 10 metres high!

They also have a beautiful courtyard that has plenty of seats as well.

The only downfall is that there's not much parking around the area - You got to be nice and early to get one.

Apart from that it's an awesome place to hold an event.
