Cellarbrations

Very rude and aggressive staff that have no customer service skills at all, speak minimal English and treat Australians like dirt.
They have a very poor range of choice on all lines and consider yourself lucky if you can get something cold as there fridges break down and it takes them close to a week to get the refrigerators repaired, this has happened on numerous occasions.
Price!! Don't get me stated, talk about blind robbery, at least 10-20% more expensive than its competitors.
