Took my car here for repairs (insurance claim) - receptionist was lovely and that was about it.

Terrible. My car went in for one repair and came out with body damage. They disrespected my car, and damaged the body of my vehicle. I still don't have my vehicle and have had to send it elsewhere to repair the damage united cencom caused. Customers be warned, by far the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic.
