Centenary Occupational Therapy provides an experienced & registered Occupational Therapist to conduct a home visit to assess your home safety requirements. We aim to enhance your safety and independence by prescribing appropriate mobility and daily living aids, helping you to keep an active lifestyle and remain in your home for longer.

After a comprehensive assessment we can provide advise on community services that are available in your area that you might benefit from. Other Services include-
Falls assessment and prevention education
Activities of daily living assessment specific to chronic disease
Home modifications- grab rails, chair raisers, hand held shower heads
Equipment prescription- toilet aids, shower aids
Energy management specific to chronic diseases-Team Care Arrangement
Pain and fatigue management

We also provide specialist services relating to chronic diseases such as pain management techniques, energy conservation.
