Called this company and asked for a quote to fix a ducted air conditioning system that did not work anymore. I had suspected a gas because it neither heated nor cooled and told them this. Initially they were very friendly and the technicians were reliable in turning up when they said they would. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote which I accepted. After the repair I noticed the air conditioner cooled but did not heat. Called them back and they sent their technician out but they refused to fix it unless I paid a few hundred dollars more. Their excuse was that I had only told them the system would not cool. This was just not true. I had said that to both the office staff and to the technician. I then kept getting different stories from different people in the company and they refused to fix it.
