I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from these people. I have been with them for a few years now & trusted them.. My whole family went there. Not anymore. After telling me there was no charge for their service I continued to receive several letters asking me for $300. Which to this day I still don't understand why I am being charged. I then get several more letters in the mail from a debit collection agency telling me I need to pay this money. If I knew what I was being charged for I would've paid it on the spot. I will never use this company again. They are slack in returning phone calls & checking up information. Very unprofessional. Do not use them!
