Really not *that* impressed. We had to take our DVD there under warranty, maybe they were just moving in or something but it was cluttered and disorganised. We were told someone would look at it today (this was a Tuesday) by Thursday we hadn't heard a thing, rang, only to be told it was just being looked at, it wasn't till the following Monday we were told *they were waiting on parts* - parts, we didn't even know what was wrong. Apparently for a month old video it needed quite a few parts, so about 2 weeks later they called to say it was ready. Overall just not happy with the lack of communication, not saying they didn't do a good job, just if first impressions count for anything if I had to pay for a repair, I think I would take it somewhere else.....
