Shonky car repairer to be avoided!!!!!! I took our recently serviced Subaru that was problem free to have the recalled airbag relaced. We have owned the car for over 6 years without ANY issues. We have since had to return twice to Central Coast Motor Group Subaru within a week of the airbag replacement due to numerous lights on our dash board lighting up, break assist and hill assist failing. We were originally informed it needed a computer reset which was carried out (which they tried to insisted we pay for) and on the second return they have advised there is now an issue with the cam shaft timing that we must pay for at a cost of $380! Absolute joke!
Waldo you really trust your car service professionals? I will say Customer Service at the Gosford location is exceptional, however, the technical advice still seems superficial and letter standard only. Phone calls advising that "XXXXX" recommends at X kilometres you have this carried seem more like covering ones own posterior than real mechanical requirements.
Holden has something to do with Central Coast Motor Group nowadays is it a concern? I have a Holden so I say ???????
e.g Car at Holden for 75000km service. Data on in car screen shows car using 11.2L/100km - 520km to empty.. Car given back after service and travelling 10km for specified drive test, although now ONLY 450km to empty...Do the numbers.
Be very careful and always get another specialised mechanic to give specialised advice.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I received from these guys.
After having my car for over a week and leaving it out in the rain with debris all over it, I had to have it towed home (at my own expense as the nrma deemed it to be the same breakdown) after nobody would contact me back phone or email. Upon entering the workshop I was told that they had looked at it and were doing some pricing around for parts (what parts?? What is wrong with it??) I was told I needed a whole new long head engine and it was going to cost me around $13000 (how would they know this if they were still calling around for parts??). Central Coast Motor Group demonstrated wonderful customer service especially in regards to the service department. There service department is truly a credit to the company as time and time again they endeavour to do the best job possible. I always feel part of the care process and therefore confident of the quality of work done. Extremely satisfied with the outcome and workmanship!
