Central District Smash Repairs

Worst smash repairer Ive ever dealt with. Took them 3 weeks to write off my car, then asked for another 2. I went back to insurer made a complaint and car was written off the next day.

Dads car was taken there, they quoted 2 weeks then needed another week of which we had to pay for another loan car, car comes back with side mirror broken, paint has visibly dripped down the bonnet, you can feel dirt under the paint and any phone call i made was met with excuses. NEVER EVER GOING BACK OR RECOMMENDING THEM.

I had my car repaired at central smash in January, not a good experience. They fixed the body but broke the lock which was perfect before. I got to go back twice to fix the lock, took so much time. I wouln't go back to them if I have other choices.

I would never ever recommend this repairer to anyone in Sydney. Tell you what, my car is a Toyota

Kluger, I sent my car to this smash repair and when I my wife picked up the car, we found that our original spare tyre was missing. The last time I saw my spare tyre was the day I sent to their place. When I realized the spare tyre was missing, I tried to call them up and check with them but at the end they gave me many many excuses and try to run away from this issue.

I am very disappointed of this smash repairer. I will never bring my car to there anymore.

Maybe Central Districts Smash Repairs are simply too busy with all the insurance work referred by the GIO. Whatever their reasons they failed to provide the quality of service my insurer (the GIO) claims to deliver. My car had to be returned with a long list of faults that were not caused by the accident, but by Central District's repair work and what I can only put down to a lack of attention to detail. When returned to get the outstanding items attended to they held the car for 3 days to have it checked by a qualified auto electrician. On collection I was informed that they had one of their young chaps check it over instead, and he had changed a fuse. The result was that key items were not attended to satisfactorily. Now the GIO tell me that the car will have to go back to Central Districts for a third time to resolve these issues! Is it hell. my car is never going anywhere near this shop again!
