I saw David after having numerous conversations and getting quotes from many other technicians and it proved to be the best decision I made!
David was very thorough in diagnosing the issue for me BEFORE charging me for his time - he spent a lot of time and energy on testing and checking all aspects of the computer before making drastic and expensive decisions about what had to be done. All the other technicians I spoke to assumed the worst and quoted me (exorbitant amounts) before even asking me all the neccessary questions.
Thanks to David's methodical approach the problem proved to be very simple and I wasn't even charged for his time!!
I will be seeing him again and recommending him to all my friends!

David was fantastic in assisting us get our 2011 model iMac computer up and running again, after being password locked out of the system. Apple genius originally turned us away as we were the third owners of the computer, despite having all purchase invoices ready, we were not serviced as it was not purchased from an "authorised reseller". David was extra helpful and even did an additional software install for us, free of charge despite being the last customers on a 40 degree summer day in the Christmas period. We are very happy he was able to assist us with this matter for a very affordable price as well (under $200). We do not live near Ryde and drove an hour from South Sydney in order to get the fantastic repair services offered here.

These guys have proved terrific at fixing everything I have thrown at them Macs or PCs . They are also honest, quick and economical . All my jobs have been dropped off one day and picked up the next . Who could ask for more ?

My macbook pro 2012 model had the liquid damage. i went to apple and they offered the logic board replacement and costing me more then $900 . I thought to find someone who can repair the logic board. i have search and ring central star IT Ryde. They offered me free diagnose and the repair of my macbook less then the half what apple offered. about $320 with 3 month warranty. My macbook been fixed and its working perfectly fine. Thanks a lot for your work guys. You are the real genius.
