Not all Psychology practices are the same! Centre 4 Inspiration is boutique psychology practice located in Caulfield. We are a practice that focuses on a positive psychology approach and our practitioners are client centered and mindful in their practice of psychology.

We work with adolescents and adults using solution-orientated Positive Psychology and Mindfulness theories to build strengths, strategies and tools to enable better health and wellbeing. Our aim is help you to find a sense of wellbeing and take back a sense of control over your life, your emotions and your thoughts.

We operate from a conscious compassionate point of view with all our clients and work holistically as a team when required. We believe in providing a safe, welcoming environment where you can feel at home and comfortable engaging in any of the therapies, classes, workshops or events that you attend.

We run both individual one on one sessions and we also run group Mindfulness training.

We can be of assistance with the following:
Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Health Concerns, Managing worry, Men and Women’s Health issues, Obsessive Compulsive traits, Panic, Parenting difficulties
Relationship difficulties, Self-esteem improvement, Sleep Therapy, Stress Management, Stress Related difficulties, Wanting to optimise your functioning/resilience, Work concerns including bullying or harassment.

To be eligible for a Medicare rebate, you will need to provide a Mental Heathcare Plan from your GP or a referral from your Psychiatrist or Paediatrician. Please check with your Private Health Fund directly, if you are eligible to make a claim.
