Centre Flowers

I received some flowers for my birthday. They were ordered over the phone by my parents who are interstate.

I wasn't very impressed with the colour of the arrangement. It was yellow and brown and not very pretty. I called to see if they would swap the arrangement for something in a different colour.

What I heard in the background discussion was something along the lines of "not our problem".

They refused to permit me to swap the flowers; regardless to say I was not very happy with the level of service.
