I was here just yesterday, it’s actually located in Braybrook Central West Shopping Centre, although the directory is appearing as west footscray. Accustomed to the Vietnamese banh mi bread rolls I thought it would be perfect to pick one up here. They’re based directly next to Aldi supermarket. This bakery has a lot of hot food from pies, pasties, different varieties of bread, however their sandwich bar was quite limited. The banh mi was $4.5 little more expensive than what you would find in the neighboring suburbs that has a number of options of banh mi store and they do it really well, which is hard not to compare. At this bakery, the banh mi was ok lacking a fair bit & the meat was quite average. Despite that, the bread rolls are good.
