Centrecom Bundoora

I have been purchasing pc goods there for years, if they dont stock the part they of course will order. At times if you are green , some of the staff can be a little impatient, they should understand that not everbody knows pc talk. Other than that, fast in fast out, no probs.

Hi have been dealing with the Centrecom Bundoora store for the last seven years and they are one of the best or rather the best store when it came serviceand support. it feels like you work into a family friendly store where the sales staff are willing to find the right solution for your issues. they have gone out of their way to fix my PC problem and whilst i was there i saw them giving the same special treatment to the other customers when they walked.

great knowledgable people to deal with. i would recommend anyone to go visit centrecom bundoorra for any technology related issues.

Go somewhere else

Other stores such as the store across the road will price match, don't accept substandard service.

You need to be able to trust people that provide you with a service not be subjected to rudeness and arrogance.



I took my computer in for a hardware service at a fixed price quote.

When I picked up the computer, I was charged an extra $40 for additional work that was neither requested nor approved. I made a complaint to Head office who agree that I should be refunded but the Bundoora Store (franchise) remain quiet and refuse to comment or give me back my money.

terrible i ordered a parts to build a pc said they didnt have the motherboard i ordered and waited 3 days to until they do and after the 3 days still gave me the wrong part that wasnt compatible and said i could not take it back even with a receipt. Terrible

One of the cheapest PC component shops. Open extended hours - has weekly ad in the Green Guide. Service can be patchy, but is better if you know exactly what you are after. Good parking around the corner from the shop, and places to sit inside.
