Worst meal ever had, had bug in oil and very dirty people, will never send my enemy there, terrible food

I had been to this fish and chip shop twice now and the food is really good. When I've been in there the staff are really friendly. However, both times I've been in I have order crab sticks and not received them. The first time I thought it was just an oversight... but it happened again tonight. When I rang to tell them they'd forgotten part of my order the young guy that answered was really nice and apologetic. But when I spoke to another staff member they were rude and dismissed my complaint and then hung up on me. I am so very disappointed right now... I was really hoping to make this place my 'local'... but after being spoken to so rudely I will NOT be going back!

This is my fish shop where I always have friendly staff greet me, cook just what I like how I like it and never rip me off. And if you want a real tasting souvlaki then go no further, but if you are like me then one is just not enough - especially they make them

Best fish & chips around. staff very friendly and often get a couple of extras thrown in. very busy shop but does not stop them from thanking you for your business and wishes you a great day.
