The two receptionists working at this clinic on the morning of Saturday, Oct. 26, 2019 were incredibly rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. My mother did a sleep study at this clinic several weeks ago and was asked to return to visit the health professional to try on different masks and possibly purchase a new one to be used with her CPAP machine. So, we turned up on this Saturday, but were told that her appointment was actually scheduled for the following Saturday. Well, no big deal. We would have just come back on the right day and I would not have been bothered to leave this negative comment here, had the two receptionists been a bit more respectful and handled this in a more professional way.
