CENTURY 21 Metro Projects is the real estate agency arm of the residential development advisory business, Property Project Marketing Pty Ltd.. The firm is operated by a specialist project marketing team led by Joan Alcock and June Loh.

Joan and June are well known in the industry having consulted to some of the biggest developers operating in Australia and being directly responsible for sales amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars. They have won a multitude of awards within the industry and have an enviable list of endorsements for their work from their Australian, as well as their international clients.

CENTURY 21 Metro Projects was established as an "after sale service" to provide buyers of new homes with property management and resale services. On most occasions, properties in large residential developments, or housing estates, are sold by commercial agencies or private project marketing firms that either have no capacity, or very limited services for buyers wanting to sell or rent their properties.
