After leaving my details with several agents to be notified of upcoming properties it was only century 21 Randwick that ever called me to advise. Subsequently after viewing the property on a Saturday morning and submitting my application on that evening I heard from the the Property Manager at 10am Monday to advise I had been approved. I secured the property after paying my deposit and signed leases on The wednesday and collected keys on the Saturday morning. Seamless transaction. Recommend 100%
I was looking to rent a property and saw one that I loved. I had attended the open for inspection and had the pleasure of meeting the property managers from Century 21. They had helped me fill out the application and explained what paperwork i required. They were very pleasent and helpful. I had recieved responses from the team very promptley and was in my new residence within a week. I am so happy that i had met the property management team and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to lease their property or looking to rent.

A little hard to talk to a sales person every time I call he is not in the office maybe just a coincidence my experience was not to possitive & found it hard to get any questions answered since the sales people are not in the office most of the time & the other half of the time have voicemail on their mobiles & take a few days to return the call which is to late since I have had another office help me with the query by then
