some real estate agents are honourable and honest, some are Con men.my dealings with a certain agent was like this.called up several agents to value a property in order to put it up for auction and i had a few diverse valuations. one particular agent was full of charm, went on about his honesty and loving family ( almost always a bad sign) and he even showed us his passion for brightly coloured socks. this agent gave us a high valuation and promised us the world.unfortunately we fell for this young charming agent and signed up with him.the valuation given was $2, 500, 000.oo and he said could also go up to 2.8 million. he told us stories and once signed up , then his service was going downhill fasthe promised open for inspections hours at a certain time so as to accommodate working clients and then never kept his wordhe was almost always late for open for inspection when i was in real estate and we listed a property for sale , we organised for everyone in the office ...read more
