Century 21

I rang up Century 21 Ballina to pay for 3 storage sheds that my Mum has leased with Century 21 Ballina. I was transferred through to a staff who is handling the payments and I was really disappointed with the service. She gave me a lot of attitude over the phone, the details of this were as follows. Firstly, I asked for a receipt to be posted to me so that I could confirm the payments had gone through: staff told me that this isn't possible as staff is managing over 400 tenants and staff's going on holidays shortly so it couldn't be done. I asked if there was someone else in the office who could do it and said 'No. No one is doing my job while I'm gone. You're just gonna have to call up next week and ask for a receipt then'. I asked if there was any way that staff could leave a note for someone else to do it to which staff replied: 'No. Notes could get lost so you'll just have to call up next week'.
