Carolyn from century 21 has helped me a lot while I have to move from my apartment as it’s been sold. It was so frustrating to look for new place again but Carolyn took personal care and her valuable time to show me the other units. She is very kind lady and always responded to my messages and calls.
I also met Sonia from century 21 to view one of the units for inspection and she was kind enough to give me a lift in her car to show me other units. I don’t think any realestate agent would do that.
I highly recommend century 21 as the agents are professional, kind and know how to deal with people especially when they are going through hard time.
Worst real estate agent I ever rented through in my life. They never return your call and when you go visit them, they pretend to be busy all the time and will make you feel like you are just a commission dollars for them. They want me to vacate the place since the landlord decided to sell the property just after 2 months of renting with them. But got my lease signed for 6 months, so I decided to teach them a lesson and will not vacate until I find a good place to rent. Century21 Liverpool just cares for their big dollars and focus more on people who wants to sell through them. I will definitely never ever rent a property through any century 21 agent as they entered my place without giving any notice.
My family had to vacate a property rented through Century 21 Liverpool and I was shocked at the treatment we received from Century 21. The property manager was unbelievably rude (for no reason at all!), unhelpful and never once returned a call when they said they would. Based on this experience I would never again use or recommend Century 21 Liverpool.
