Century 21

In our dealings with Century21 we have found that they value verbal agreements over written ones and have displayed a complete lack of culpability and integrity. The rental property was not in a fit state to inhabit (it was not clean, repairs were needed among many other things that were noted by the property manager). We did not sign the lease. They did not offer to clean the property either and it became quite evident that we were not a priority for them despite our lengthy attempts to negotiate. There is NO lease and Century 21 have are refusing to return our bond or deposit. Very disappointing, would never recommend.
