After being assured that Century 21 Prospect were the agents to go with we were bitterly disappointed.
The property manager we signed with disappeared after we returned our paperwork and that's when the trouble started. We had no idea who our tenants were, there were more people living in the property than what was listed on the lease. The agent couldn't tell us who was actually living there. Bills were short paid and had I not followed it up myself we would have never seen the money, they didn't even notice the short payment until I questioned it. It took over 4 months and many follow up emails from my part for them to rectify this.
