Do not use this carrier, utterly terrible. Shipped vehicle from QLD to WA with Ceva. Vehicle which was less than 12 months old was badly damaged in transport, Ceva refused to accept damage even though both the companies report and transport dockets / photos reflected damage occurred in transport. Very rude and poor customer service after the fact. Now left with $2k+ bill for damage and can't get response from Ceva. Their insurance and agreements are not worth the paper they are written on.
