Chadstone Motors

I have been using Chadstone Motors for years, not just for my cars servicing etc but also for buying petrol. Chadstone Motors is propbably one of the only service stations left in Melbourne that still offer driveway service.
Mark and his team are extremely professional and always ring if there is something extra that needs to be done to my car.
I cannot reccommend Chadstone Motors highly enough and have sent family and friends there too.

took my car in to get a service done and new engine mounts to be installed,after it was found that had a split in them and a slight vibration when car is in drive, $800 later my car was worse than when i gave it to then, from a slight vibration to almost undriveable, took it back to chadstone motors only to be told it could be a to z, they dont know why. they dont care , i also had my other car serviced there, the logbook was not filled in, also i have found a competent mechanic that recently serviced my car and was told that my air filter was black, last service was 5000,ks at chadstone motors and they did not change air filter.

Chadstone Motors doesn't even deserve half a star. After buying my car last year (which had been inspected to having all parts in excellent working order after a major service) I had to get my car serviced at the start of this year at Chadstone Motors. After a further 8000km I have just had my car serviced again and inspected by a competent mechanic elsewhere (I actually watched him do this in his shop) and he discovered the airbox was loose and there was no air filter. Chadstone Motors of course tried to argue that they wouldn't forget to put this part back in (even though there is always room for human error) and tried putting the blame on someone else who may have looked at the car since then despite the fact I am the only one with the set of keys and it hasn't been touched by anyone else. Am very annoyed about this and it better not have caused major problems for my engine down the line!!

Best car service I have had in Melbourne. Timely wonderful service, good prices, polite staff who dropped my off at work (close by) in my car. The service included interior and exterior clean. Only did the work I asked not anything extra. Made suggesting of items I will need to fix next time and the cost for items that are not working 100%. They even come out and fill your car with petrol and chat to you if you are just stopping to fill up. I wont go anywhere else again. Service like this doesnt normally exist anymore.

Don't go anywhere else one of the few who doesn't try to rip you off fixes only what's required
