If I could give -100 stars I would ...totally ripped me off chargered me $185 for spraying inside and out ... he killed Notting ants worse than ever ??????called him to return to do proper job he may as well of stayed fresh air in my house an absolute con artist ...iv had to get another pest control guy out to do it again ....avoid at all costs
This is about as thorough as a termite barrier treatment can get. Gary is extremely knowledgable and pays attention to all the finer details. In the past have had treatments which had a one size fits all feel about them /quote over the phone etc. Definitely not the case here Gary inspected my house so he knew what he needed before quoting, the treatment delivered is tailored to your house and the rates charged are extremely competitive. Couldn't be happier
After buying one of his coupons from a coupon website , they tried to charge us extra by stating that the area we live in was out of his service area believing that Baldivis is not part of Rockingham which is quite funny considering I pay the city of Rockingham nearly $ 2000 a year in Rates , After they were queried about this they became abusive and hung up the phone , We are in the process of getting our money back from the website. Avoid this merchant!!
The voucher was only covered between Rockingham City to Clarkson, the lady in question was contacted and noticified when the email was sent out a extra charge $25 for being in Baldivis, she approved it on the day of the booking the husband rang me and quested the $25 when I told him that Baldivis was away from Rockingham he got aggressive and abusive, so I decided not to carry out the voucher even though I was almost there, thats gradiude for it. People passed Rockingham paid the extra $25 I dont know what this lady is complaining it didnt cost her but cost me thanks for your comment
Gary from Challenge Pest Control did a thorough and excellent job. He fully inspected our house for termite activity and gave advice on how to identify and prevent termite activity in the future. Challenge Pest followed all health department approved protocols. Gary had an in depth knowledge of pesticide treatment options and provided a prompt, friendly service. Fee for service was also very competitive.
