Chalmers Quarantine cleaning service is woeful, they work slow and are the most expensive company by far at or near the Port of Brisbane. I have 22 years extensive experience importing vehicles and machinery. On a daily basis, I deal with all aspects of Australian Customs and AQIS (Australian Quarantine Inspection Service). If AQIS orders your to be cleaned and this will happen from time to time, don't ever send the job to Chalmers. Don't use Chalmers, you'll be sorry if you do. Cheers, Gary.

DON'T USE CHALMERS PORT OF BRISBANE. The service I received from Chalmers Brisbane on 2 seperate occassions in 2011 was very disapointing and far below expectations and Chalmers claims. Chalmers are outrageously overpriced for what at best can be described as a very slow basic quarantine cleaning service. Chalmers have lengthy unexplained delays before commencing and completing work, however Chalmers are very prompt when it comes to providing a Bill which was huge ($800) . Don't ever use Chalmers Brisbane, choose other business first as they are better choice & will provide a far better service at a much lower price.
