if anyone is considering going with this company - DONT! this is by far the WORST customer service I have EVER received. Once they received the deposit, all manners and basic service went out the window and they did not respond to extremely important matters until the DAY of the cruise and was extremely rude and unprofessional from receiving the deposit onwards. Everyone associated with this "company" showed absolutely no professionalism. On the day of the event the boat was 15 minutes late with no reason which interfered with the mere 1 hour they give to set up - that they quote "are doing as a favour to me".
IF you don't want your function in which you invested thousands of dollars in to to be a disaster then avoid this disgusting company and its management at all costs.
