Changing Looks Hair Salon

I've been coming to Changing Looks for years for cuts, colours and waxing eye-brows.
The owner greets you by name, a small thing but it's good manners.
She's popular - sometimes it can take up to 2 weeks to see her but it 's worth the wait esp for waxing, my eye-brows are difficult but she shapes them beautifully with an arch, haven't met another beautician who can do this and I have been to many over the years. Or her mother can also do them.
