I AM DISGUSTED!!!!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE
I got my nails done on a Sunday avo it looks like it's been done a week ago and it's so lumpy and chipped on the sides I left disgusted with the job I told the lady I wasn't happy. I paid for the job I was so angry. I then had to get them re done on my lunch break bevause I'm a hairdresser and my nails were getting caught in people's hair.. I'm so embarrassed.. I paid $70 for this nail shop and today $65. I called the owner telling him my situation and he said in his policy we don't give refunds... so I've been trying to look for his policy that should be on his website. Don't tell me you have a policy when it's not displayed. As a business owner when my client isn't satisfied I do not charge them or I'll give them a refund.. this guy won't refund my money!!! So disgusted
worst nail salon ever! service is absolutely horrible. i told the lady my nails were uneven lengths, she turned to another worker sitting besides her, spoke to her in a different language and they both proceeded to laugh at me. there was no acknowledgement of my existence for about half an hour after walking in, yet other people who came after me would get served. this place is a joke, please don't waste your money
