Channel 9 Gold Coast

Just rung to see if I had New's worthy story, so I was put through to the newsroom, the female person I spoke too.... did not seem interested in the topic of 'property owner vs body corp' and said to me that I was raising my voice (which I wasn't at all) so I thanked her for 'nothing'.... ? Interesting observation. During the election campaign, Channel 9 Gold Coast has totally ignored every candidate except LNP candidates & ex LNP sitting member Dr Douglas. The channel is no more than an LNP election advertisement. According to Channel 9, the ALP, PUP and independents don't exist. It's weird. The channel doesn't seek input from non LNP candidates. It must be similar to a Communist country where, according to Channel 9, there is only one candidate in each division, an LNP candidate. Very unprofessional.

I look forward each day to watching the Gold Coast news, as it is pertinent to our local, then follow on with the Channel 9 Brisbane news. These last few days the local news hasn't been on. I understand while the cricket was on the local news was suspended, but the cricket is well and truly over and our news hasn't come back. Please don't tell me that our local news has been axed.
