What a fantastic pharmacy. I have never experienced such lovely customer service before and I am a frequent shopper. The staff were welcoming and extremely knowledgable, the girl helped me find exactly what I needed. I am definitely returning.

I visited Chapel Gate Pharmacy today after having a tooth extracted from the dentist across the road. While I waited for my script to be filled I sat in a chair near the desk. A different woman from the one who had served me (Irish woman with long dark hair, have seen her in there before but never experienced any issues) leaned over the desk and very loudly and condescendingly asked if I was okay. To be fair, I was nursing my swollen jaw with one hand and looked a little dazed from the anaesthetic that I'd had at the dentist, so I just replied that yes, I indeed was okay, and was simply waiting for my script to be filled. She then proceeded to keep an eye on me, perhaps assuming I was intending to steal something, and generally making me feel uncomfortable. I came in to get a prescription for my sick child and was told it was out of stock at the warehouse. The pharmacist was so helpful and spent time calling several pharmacies to check if they had to stock so I wasnt running around trying to find the medication. You dont get service like that anymore. I was so impressed!

The service I received tonight at this store was absolutely horrendous. I was filling a script for my mother who is unwell and was on the phone to my sister at the time. The first staff that served me was extremely rude and almost wouldn't serve me because I had my phone in my hand after my script was taken a second employee approached me and demanded I get off the phone before staff would speak to me. I wasn't talking on the phone at this stage and had it in my hand, not to my ear nor was I ever actually talking loudly what so ever while in the store. The second employee then advised me they had only been able to fill half the script and I would need to return tomorrow, this not being an option I asked staff (very nicely) to reverse the script to which I again received an extremely rude response.
