Chapman Strata are a highly motivated and extremely professional team. I have been working along side with them now for around 12 months and have always found them to be highly motivated and in all areas of there work.
They may be nice to work with, but most certainly not pleasant to deal with. As a home owner, I find that request made to them never get fulfilled (still awaiting 2 requests to be sorted), phone calls never get returned, constantly having to hassle them to get things done, and they have even managed to mess up simple tasks. No accountability for the amount of (ever increasing) strata fees we pay them.
