Appalling after sales service.
I lodged an online enquiry about whether I could return a silver ring I'd received a few days beforehand as a temporary engagement ring - my partner was intending to purchase a 'proper' ring later but wanted to give me something in the meantime. I wanted to return it. The manager of the store denied the ring was their's. I had the boxes, the bag and had seen the receipt. I told him all that by email and included photographs but he simply contnued to deny the ring was their's. They steadfastly denied it. Only when the person who bought the ring threatened to call the police because of their actions did they admit the ring was purchased at their Bourke Street Store. They continued to ignore emails. Such a fantastic Jeweller which is matched by quality pieces and quality staff

I was so impressed with Charles Rose. I selected a stunning pearl necklace and earring set some years ago for a milestone birthday. The service was perfect, no question was too annoying, they changed the clasp to something I preferred, and the price was fair for the quality of the pearls and the pure craftsmanship. Whenever I wear my pearls, I always get compliments. They are unique. I'm now looking at diamond rings and my first place to go was Charles Rose. So many stunning designs. They now have a shop open on Collins St too. Very elegant, fabulous jewellery at a relatively fair price point in my opinion.
