Although this place is handy being in the middle of the CBD; I suggest that no one go in there because you'll be completely invisible!
Being quite a handy person, I've ventured in 4 or 5 times. Every single time the staff have treated me like I don't exist; even walking right past me to talk to my non-handy hubby. When I do get their attention (when hubby asks me directly because he doesn't know) the staff talk down and over simplify everything when directed at me. Very condescending!
They have a pretty decent range of stock; however their staff really need to pick up their game!
