Enjoy some breathing space and relaxation in a friendly setting with beginners and injured bodies well cared for by experienced and qualified instructors.

I wasn't sure about doing this, actually. Yoga has always felt like a 'new-agey' thing with no real benefits, but after a few weeks of classes here I can definitely say that my lower back pain has compeletely gone (and take my word for it, you will need to do a few weeks before you know if it's right for you. After three sessions, I was still awkward, and couldn't really 'get into' the routines, since I was still too self-concious)!
I started going to help with my lower back pain, but I'm going to stick around because the extra benefit of getting a good night's sleep (somehow my insomnia is gone too now :S) is well worth it! :)
