I had an absolutely terrible experience there - extremely rude staff at the store.

I won a $150 Charlie Brown voucher as second prize in a raffle (bought at a play). When I went into the store and showed the staff there my voucher staff very rudely and disdainfully told me the voucher was expired. Now, the voucher did not have a year, it was only dated '31 July', and the raffle had occurred in August. I didn't even wait a long time since the raffle and going to the store - only a few weeks. When I pressed the staff further, staff said did remember writing up the voucher, but said it was no longer valid. So staff just took the money from the raffle organisers and didn't meet their promise! Absolutely disgraceful! And it's not my fault that staff was not organised enough to write a year on the expiration date!

Anyway, this is just my experience which you can take my review with a grain of salt

Charlie Brown offers the best fashion experience on Oxford Street. It's the ultimate shopping experience. The shop is done beautifully; it's like being Alice in Wonderland! The staff are always attentive and will help you put together an entire outfit, including shoes. From your bag to your earrings to your shoes and your dress make one stop to this shop and you're ready for the red carpet. I like looking great but I don't like spending a lot of time because I'm a bit of a tom boy. You're in and out and out of there, no messing about. Her dresses are a fantastic fit for voluptuous women.

This place has some of the coolest dresses in town. And the surprising thing is that some of them are pretty affordable. Staff there are pretty friendly.
