He has been stringing us along for almost 2 months now. On the day he came to give A quote he took A $3000 deposit and then disappeared for 2 weeks when he was supposed to start the work within A couple of days. Kept making excuses when we called him. When he finally started he came over A string of days to do little by little and every time he came he kept asking for money, 500 here, 200 there etc. Told us he'll have 10 guys coming as it was A big job but he did all the framework by himself, we didn't see any workers, and didn't do A very good job. Anyway took another 2 weeks to do the concreting, no expansion joints, no proper edging of the finish, lots of cracks appeared the next day. Kept asking for money as well, wanted all the money before completing the job. Once concreting was dry he was supposed to come and paint, took A few days and then he finally came to paint.
