I was driving around Ashmore and pulled up along side their truck "Charlie the Plumber" that had BIG sign writing on it, "Blocked Drain Specialist". So when I got home, I rang, explained the situation and the lady said that they would call me back. Which they did and left a message. I then returned their call and spoke with a guy called "Christian", who was quite rude and very "brief". I explained the problem to him and wanted to know if they wanted me to take photos to send to them, I explained where the blockage in drain was and said it was a 40mm pipe.
Christian said "Nah, NOT INTERESTED, DONT WANT TO KNOW ABOUT IT, Bye" and that folks after advertising "the Blocked Drain Specialist" is the behaviour that you get. ...read more
Although their initial service was prompt and completed quickly (and they left the worksite tidy once finished), I had to call them back within a couple of days as they caused another leak while fixing the initial problem. They then charged us for the follow-up visit, even though it was a direct result of their work. Unfortunately based on this experience, I'm not likely to use them again.
