This used to be a great store until it was sold. I tried them several times since new management took over and the quality of food has gotten worse. They offered to top up my gravy because there wasn't enough left, they took it round the back to fill it. Once I opened the gravy it was obvious they simply topped it off with hot water. This is ridiculously rude, The gravy quality is just 1 example of how horrible the store is now.
