Charlie's has really delicious produce. Getting fruit and veg from here means high quality, vibrant and good tasting produce but it does come at a price, as Charlie's can get a bit expensive. However, if you follow them on social media they often have special deals where you can buy in bulk which can help. The raw squeeze juice/ smoothie bar is really good! All the options are great but again can be a little expensive, and there can also be a solid wait if they are very busy.
Charlie's has a 24/7 fruit & vege shop as well as a juice bar that's opened til 10pm every day. They're even opened on public holidays (surcharge applies for the juice bar).
If you follow them on social media (Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat) you can keep up to date with their weekly specials which ranges from $2 for 13kg of bananas (yep, you read that right) to $5 nice cream (vegan, fruit based "ice cream").
Their acai/fruit bowls are really good and filling. It's a good alternative to breakfast or a healthy snack.
They also have vegan treats such as donuts, cinnamon scrolls and slices. Even if you're not vegan they're soooooo good.
Our daughter goes here all the time and so when she suggested we go for their Australia Day celebrations, we jumped at the chance. They are no linger the divey fruit market that they used to be many years ago. They are now open 24/7 and have a vegan juice bar. Yummo. There are so many vegan and raw treats and salads. Today they had lots happening, including giveaways, great giveaways.
We had iced lattes and raw desserts.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They were all having so much fun which made the experience even better.
Huge range of produce, bulk and normal, whole and cut. They have a huge range of chopped veges to make things easier in tue kitchen. Great range of vegan friendly dairy products and health products like kumbucha.
A fantastic experience.
