Located in the Australian Technology Park, Charlotte’s little sister is a bright and vibrant cafe filled with professionals getting ready to start their day. With a roaring trade in takeaway coffee and grab and eat feed, for us you can’t go past sitting down and relaxing with a good coffee and fresh meal. I was here to have breakfast and enjoyed their strong campos coffee. The breakfast menu has a lot of good options and they rotate their specials frequently. I went with the smashed avo special. Avo, tomato, Persian feta and a perfectly poached egg on sourdough - yes please! I know I am supposedly wasting my house deposit by having this for brunch, but when it tastes and looks as good as this I am more than ok with that. Charlotte's little sister is part of the Charlotte's group that has cafes in Manly, Birchgrove, Mosman and now the Australian Technology Park. Not sure why it isn't Charlotte's Big sister, seeing that the space is huge! Caters for the crowd working in the area, their menu isn't huge, but has enough; offering about ten items that are no doubt easy to get out quickly. We were there for the lunch menu and there are chicken or beef burgers with fries, pre prepared salads (plus you can add a protein) or the crispy skin salmon. We ordered the beef burger which was an excellent burger as the meat pattie was extremely nicely cooked, tender inside, topped with crispy bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato and a siracha sauce sitting inside a toasted bun.
